SUITE DESCRIPTION
304 is a 3rd floor (top floor) non-harbor front suite with a queen bed in the bedroom, and a separate living room area. Our most private suite; it's amenities include a standard-sized, jetted-tub in the bathroom, kitchenette – with an apartment-sized fridge, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, blender, but no stove – and an open private deck. While 304 does not have a direct view overlooking the harbor... there is a sliver of the water from the right side of the balcony. 2 person maximum occupancy.

Ocrafolk Festival 6/1-6/5: Peak Rate + $10; 4-night minimum. July 4th: Peak Rate + $10; 3-night minimum. No check-ins or check-outs on July 4th. Labor Day 9/1-9/3: Peak Rate + $10; 3-night minimum.
