SUITE DESCRIPTION
303 is a 3rd floor (top floor) harbor front studio suite with a queen bed, and a double sofa bed in the living room area. As a studio suite, 303 has a large open floor plan wherein the queen bed, living area, and kitchenette all share one large room. Amenities include a large Jacuzzi tub in the bathroom, kitchenette – with an apartment-sized fridge, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, blender, but no stove – and a covered private deck overlooking the harbor across the street. 4 person maximum occupancy.

Ocrafolk Festival 6/1-6/5: Peak Rate + $10; 4-night minimum. July 4th: Peak Rate + $10; 3-night minimum. No check-ins or check-outs on July 4th. Labor Day 9/1-9/3: Peak Rate + $10; 3-night minimum.
