COTTAGE DESCRIPTION
Dad’s Retreat — Three-bedroom island home just off the harbor with a lighthouse view and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The house has two full baths, a master with king bed, a middle bedroom with two twin beds, and a front bedroom with a queen. Sleeps up to 7. Amenities include wireless Internet, central A/C and heat, 2 TVs, stereo/CD player, washer/dryer, dishwasher, outside shower, and gas grill. Outdoor spaces include a private back deck, covered front porch, and screened porch. Docking for one boat available upon request. Parking for 3 vehicles. All linens provided. Nonsmoking; no pets.
