ABOUT THE SUITE
Suite 305 is our largest third-floor (top-floor, luggage elevator only) harbor-front suite with a private bedroom featuring a king bed and a living area with a queen sofa bed. The suite includes a large whirlpool tub, a kitchenette with an apartment-size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and blender (no stove), and a spacious open private deck overlooking the harbor across the street. Maximum occupancy: 4 guests.

Rates are based on 2 people. $10 more per person, ages 2 and up. Max 4 people. Holidays and Festival weekends are peak +$10, with 3 or 4 night minimums. No check-ins or check-outs on July 4th.
